It is within the rights of Hakainde Hichilema to exhaust all possible legal avenues in his efforts to address the injustice done to him. It requires a little fairness – if a little is all one has – to realise that Hakainde has not been fairly treated by both the Electoral Commission of Zambia and three judges of the Constitutional Court.
