A new mother in Botwood says her water quality varies throughout the day, and she doesn't think it's fair she's paying for an unusable service — especially when her neighbours have clean water. "We don't drink it. We've pretty much stopped using it," Courtney Langdon told CBC Radio's Central Morning Show.
