iStock/Thinkstock (WASHINGTON) — A month ahead of schedule, the Obama administration has announced that it has met a goal set a year ago to welcome 10,000 Syrian refugees. “The 10,000th Syrian refugee will arrive this afternoon (Monday),” National Security Advisor Susan Rice announced in a statement.
