A man was shot dead on Woodlawn Avenue in Jersey City last night, police said in radio transmissions. The man was shot multiple times, in the left upper chest, the abdomen and the lower extremities, according to police radio reports. He was pronounced dead at the Jersey City Medical Center-Barnabas Health.
