| Seminary attracts gay men, says trainee cleric |

A former trainee priest has said that gay men are attracted to the college in Maynooth at the centre of an ecclesiastical row. Francis McLoughlin, 31, studied theology at St Patrick’s College before joining the seminary in 2013. He said that he left in May this year after reporting a sexual act between two seminarians.
