FIRE KILLS 13 PEOPLE AT BAR IN FRANCE - An explosion sparked a fire which killed at least 13 people and injured six others in northern France, police confirmed early Saturday local time. The deadly blast, believed to have been accidental, occurred at the Cuba Libre club, located in the French city of Rouen, Normandy.
