He was born in Orokam, Benue State. As a child, he was sickly and faced many challenges. But these served to prepare him for the future. In the course of time and educational progress, he became a qualified, practicing medical doctor having graduated from the University of Jos, in Plateau State. But his life was to take a different turn.
