A fishing community was rocked by the death of a woman who became the 13th person to be killed on our roads in just six days. Mother-of-three Catherine Lynch, known locally as Kathleen, from the village of Quilty, Co Clare, died after a single-car crash in Miltown Malbay, 6km from her home.
