PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The Latest on the Democratic National Convention (all times EDT): 3:55 p.m. Hillary Clinton has made it to Philadelphia, where she'll address Democrats on Thursday night at their summer convention. A spokesman says Clinton arrived in the city Wednesday afternoon.
