NICE, France (AP) - The Latest on attack that killed 84 people in Nice (all times local): 8:20 p.m. A spokesman for a San Diego law school with a summer program in Nice says U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas left the city about 12 hours before Thursday's truck attack that killed at least 84 people.
