Labor is demanding an independent expert review of the federal government's controversial superannuation changes, which it has labelled the definition of retrospectivity. Opposition superannuation spokesman Jim Chalmers says it's the proposed $500,000 cap on non-concessional contributions backdated to 2007 that's causing voters most concern.
