Former Malawi Congress Party ( MCP) leader John Tembo is non-committal on whether or not he will contest as Member of Parliament (MP) in his constituency, Dedza South, in the next year’s tripartite elections. “I don’t think you should be the first to know,” he told a local radio this week.
