The Coalition's proposed $4.5 billion cuts to foreign aid will result in the loss of 450,000 lives, World Vision Australia chief executive officer Tim Costello says. "The World Bank... actually worked out that it's $2,000 to save a life so, macabre as it sounds, this cut is about 450,000 lives," Mr Costello told Radio National Breakfast.
