President Rodrigo Duterte has issued his first Executive Order (EO) and it is not about Freedom of Information as many had hoped. The first signed EO gave extra powers to Cabinet Secretary Leoncio “Jun” Evasco Jr. and his special assistant, Christopher “Bong” Go.
