The Latest on the U.S. presidential campaign (all times EDT): 10 p.m. Fifty-seven fiberglass donkeys are being installed around Philadelphia ahead of the Democratic National Convention. Workers began installing the donkeys Thursday. They represent the 50 states, five territories, Washington, D.C., and overseas Democrats.
