The Court of Appeals (CA) has turned down an appeal filed by Ang Dating Daan head Eliseo “Eli” Soriano in connection with the libel charges filed against him. In a seven-page resolution by Associate Justice Maria Elisa Sempio Diy and concurred in by Associate Justices Ramo Bato Jr.
