ORLANDO (WFTV/WKMG/WAPA/CNN) - Federal and local law enforcement are releasing a limited transcript of three phone conversations between gunman Omar Mateen and authorities on the night of the shooting. In a Monday news conference, U.S. Attorney Lee Bentley said that Mateen identified himself as an "Islamic soldier" to the 911 operator.
