PARIS – Prime Minister Shinzo Abe sent a message to U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday denouncing the worst mass shooting in U.S. history — an attack with apparent links to terrorism — that left at least 50 dead at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, a day earlier.
