The Kenyan pilgrims are already in town. They walk each year from as far away as Eldoret and Bungoma to the Uganda Martyrs’ shrines in Namugongo, on the outskirts of Kampala. That is very much the better part of 322 kilometres and these men and women are on the road for nearly a fortnight.
