COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A Camden resident is accused of stealing $131,000 in New York retirement benefits paid to a woman who died in 2010. New York authorities say 67-year-old Joseph Grossmann was arrested Thursday in Kershaw County. He is charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
