As lawmakers return to Springfield today, pressure is mounting in two key areas: education and human services. HUMAN SERVICES: Illinois Playbook has learned that an ad campaign that targeted Gov. Bruce Rauner last week is now expanding its reach. Last week, SEIU Healthcare Illinois began airing ads targeting Rauner and cuts to social services.
