BBC Radio 1 DJ and presenter Greg James has started his mammoth triathlon challenge in Cardiff with a cycle through the South Wales Valleys. His Sport Relief Challenge to complete triathlons in five UK cities on five consecutive days began in Belfast yesterday and he finishes in Norwich on Friday.
