| Ted Cruz’s interminably long Iowa victory speech, annotated |
|
CRUZ: God bless the great state of Iowa! What an incredible, incredible afternoon. What a bit of history we are seeing as strong conservative patriots are coming together and standing united. And I've got to say, isn't Heidi going to make a fantastic first lady? (CHEERS, APPLAUSE) She and I met on January 2nd, 2000 and it was love at first sight.
