Hires/Honors/Promotions. The Catholic Diocese of Buffalo honored Judi Nolan Powell, vice president of foundation and community relations at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, with the Bishop’s Medal at the 16th annual Catholic Education dinner. Nolan Powell also is a member of the hospital’s board.
