Patriotic Front Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya has reiterated Information Minister Chishimba Kambwili’s tribal statements against the people of Southern Province. And Bwalya has maintained that Jesus Christ would get zeros in Southern Province if he contested elections against the UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema.
