Foreign Minister Julie Bishop doesn't intend to contact the female diplomat who complained about Jamie Briggs, but says she has been offered counselling. Ms Bishop says the Hong Kong-based officer has asked for privacy and she is satisfied that her department is providing appropriate support to the woman.
