MANILA - Pope Francis expressed sadness over the latest wave of violence in Mindanao, which left 10 people dead on Christmas Eve. In a letter dated December 28, Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin extended the Pope's condolences to the families of the victims.
