FRANK MARTIN. Priest. 17-8-1928 – 2-9-2015. In 1940, 11-year-old Frank Martin began secondary school at Christian Brothers' College in Victoria Parade, East Melbourne, where he discovered that several of his classmates spoke English with a strong German accent.
