Federal Labor says Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is sending mixed messages on the government's climate change policy. Mr Turnbull is in Paris for international climate talks and is reportedly leaving the door open to increasing Australia's carbon emissions reduction target if there is global agreement, The Australian reports.
