PRIME Minister Malcolm Turnbull and other national leaders will start talks on a new climate deal about 9pm (AEDT) on Monday. Mr Turnbull is expected to set out Australia's position in a speech about 2am (AEDT) on Tuesday before heading back to Canberra for parliament.
