AMMAN, Jordan — Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson will tour a Syrian refugee camp near the Jordanian capital this weekend, according to a person familiar with the planning for the visit. The trip comes as Carson has faced harsh criticism about his lack of foreign policy expertise.
