ALBANY — Republican Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino ripped into Gov. Cuomo Wednesday, calling him a hypocrite for attacking Mayor de Blasio for appearing with him at a press conference on transportation issues. “I honestly think the governor is very much like a scorpion,” Astorino said on Albany radio.
