NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 23 – State House Spokesperson Manoah Esipisu has advised Nairobi residents to brace themselves for major disruptions during the Papal visit slated for next month. Esipisu said residents shouldn’t imagine that the situation would be similar to that experienced when US President Barack Obama was in the country in July.
