Opposition United Party for National Development president Hakainde Hichilema has set conditions for attending October, 18 National Day of Prayer declared by President Edgar Lungu. Featuring on QfM Radio yesterday, Hichilema said calling for national prayers on matters that were an act of human failure amounted to abusing the name of God.
