Boston public media producer WGBH plans to acquire GlobalPost , the digital news website focused on world news coverage. Financial terms weren’t announced. The deal is expected to close in November, WGBH said Thursday. WGBH and GlobalPost , which is also based in Boston, have previously worked on editorial projects.
