David Barren: Trump commuted the sentence of David Barren, who was sentenced to life in prison in addition to 20 years for a drug conspiracy charge. In 2017, President Barack Obama commuted his life term to a 30-year sentence. The White House said Barren is a father of six children and has maintained an exemplary prison record.
