Kirinyaga county commissioner Jim Njoka has warned of severe disciplinary action against students who will interfere with learning through misconduct. Njoka issued the warning a day after a suspected arson case was reported on Sunday in one of the dormitories at Karia Boys' High School in Kirinyaga Central.
