| Jamaican cultural icon Easton Lee has died |

Lee, 89, an ordained Anglican priest, playwright, radio and television broadcaster, author, actor and communications consultant died today after a brief illness in Miramar, South Florida, where he resided. Easton Lee was born in Wait-A-Bit, Trelawny to a Chinese father and a Jamaican mother of mixed racial heritage.
