. FRANKLIN. William “Bill” Rash, 85 of Franklin, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at his residence surrounded by family and friends. He was born on April 30, 1935 in Clark Township, Johnson County, Indiana to William E. and Dora Elizabeth (Ray) Rash. He married Mary Elizabeth (Rains) Rash on April 23, 1958 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
