The year 2020 has been one of constant challenges. The latest and hopefully the last is the loss of Bishop resident, Charles “Chuck” James Kilpatrick, who died Wednesday, Dec. 30, after a battling COVID-19. Kilpatrick was a man who was not just well-known, he was adored by almost everyone that ever had the pleasure of meeting or working with him.
