Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque Jr. is now a recording artist. Radio TV Malacanang (RTVM) released a music video featuring Roque in the remake of the 1945 classic “Payapang Daigdig” on Tuesday, Dec. 22. It debuted at the end of Roque’s press briefing.
