Dinner was a daily ritual for two pastors in the United Methodist Church. It was a team effort, the Rev. Stanley Bolds said. His wife, Annette, would cook. He would set the table. And then they would turn off the television and the radio, and talk about their days. “It was just the two of us and a very delicious meal,†he said.
