Kasese, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Only 200 guests will grace the consecration and enthronement of the new South Ruwenzori Diocese Bishop on Sunday 13th. Rev. Nason Baluku was elected Bishop in August by the Church of Uganda-House of Bishops.
