“We all hoped it would not come to this,” Wolf said at a virtual news conference, but “we need to slow the spread to save lives.” The restrictions include a 10-person cap on indoor gatherings, a 50-person limit for outdoor gatherings and capacity restrictions at retail stores. They take effect Saturday and run through until Jan.
