NAACP elections for the St. Paul branch will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, to decide several positions including officers and at-large members of the St. Paul NAACP Executive Committee. The voting will take place from 12 to 4 p.m. at 781 Selby Ave. in St. Paul, according to the St. Paul branch of the NAACP.
