When looking at the daily updates and numbers of COVID-19 cases in Alberta, there's a theme that's easy to spot — Calgary's northeast has a serious problem. Calgary - Upper NE is one of 132 "local geographic areas" (or LGAs) that the province uses in reporting COVID-19 cases.
