By John Caniglia, cleveland.com CLEVELAND, Ohio – A former priest fleeced three parishes in Northeast Ohio out of nearly $300,000 and spent it on luxury items for himself, according to a charges unsealed Friday.
A grand jury indicted Andrey Kovalenko, 52, on 10 counts of mail fraud in U.S. District Court in Cleveland.
