HERE’S WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING: MILAN — Italy registered 36,176 new coronavirus cases on Thursday. The Health Ministry Statistics says more than 250,000 tests were conducted, for a positivity rate of more than 14%. There were 653 confirmed deaths, a slight decrease from more than 700 in recent days.
