Gov. Kim Reynolds will announce new measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus Monday evening during a live televised address to Iowans. Reynolds will give the rare evening remarks as the state nears 2,000 deaths from COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus, and nearly 1,400 Iowans are hospitalized with it.
