Don Spencer says it was “definitely the view” that inspired him to purchase the apartment all those years ago. “A long time ago when I was doing cabaret and my very good mate used to play piano at the Top of the Town, when it was a nightspot rather than apartments … it had this night-time view of the city which was magnificent,” he said.
